All peptides, compounds, and related materials sold by EternaGen Labs are intended exclusively for in-vitro research, laboratory experimentation, and educational purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, inhalation, or any form of therapeutic application.

Products have not been evaluated, approved, or certified by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent regulatory body. No product listing, description, specification sheet, or other literature on this Site constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is due at the time of order. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. EternaGen Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on jurisdiction. It is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm that importation and receipt of research peptides is lawful in their jurisdiction before placing an order.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
